Our Firm's primary area of
practice is in litigation. Trial work is
a large part of what the firm does. The largest
share of that practice is in the area of Personal
Injury and auto accidents that cause damage due to someone's
negligence. Since getting out of law school Mr. Arndorfer has
prosecuted or defended criminal cases ranging from Driving
Under the Influence to Deliberate Homicide.

We see no great difference between representing those wrongfully injured or
those wrongfully accused of a crime. Justice is served by juries in this country,
that is why the trial system works.

Of note is that we have for years done Bankruptcy and Probate work. We have just
in the last five years commenced doing Immigration work.

We have a staff, including a part-time employee for investigative work, a contract paralegal on probate matters, a contract transcription service along with the office manager and part-time secretary.

Our firm handles legal matters in the following practice areas: Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Insurance Law, Insurance Disputes, Insurance Bad Faith, Trials, Litigation, Appeals, DUI, DWI, Criminal Law, Drug Crimes, Narcotics.

The main areas of concentration is the personal injury and criminal defense areas. This means a large amount of trial work and necessitates being in court often, things Mr. Arndorfer enjoys.

HOWEVER - We also do bankruptcy, probate and Estate and Immigration.

The immigration area is something new to the firm in the last several years.
Because of calls requesting this area of practice a percieved need led to working
in this area. For a state the size of Montana, it is suprising how many inquiries
are being fielded.
